One Sunday each month\, we’ll explore a different spirit\, distillery\, or brand through a guided tasting led by an industry expert. \nGuests will enjoy a curated tasting\, two cocktails highlighting the featured spirit\, along with light bites from our kitchen\, creating a relaxed afternoon of discovery\, conversation\, and great drinks. \nWhether you’re a longtime spirits enthusiast or simply curious to learn more\, Sunday School is designed to be approachable\, engaging\, and a little spirited. \n✨SEPTEMBER SPOTLIGHT: CAMPARI & THE WORLD OF AMARO✨\nCelebrate Negroni Week with us! Led by Campari District Manager Melissa Pintauro\, guests will taste Campari\, Aperol\, Sarti Rosa\, and Cynar while exploring the history and traditions of aperitifs and digestifs\, how they’re made\, what sets each expression apart\, and the distinctive flavors and styles found across this iconic category. \n📖 CLASS FORMAT\nEach Sunday School follows a similar format so guests can settle in\, learn\, and enjoy the afternoon together: \n12:00–12:15pm | Arrival\, Check-in\, & Welcome Cocktail \n12:15–12:45pm | Food & Social Time\nEnjoy light bites from our kitchen while relaxing with fellow guests \n12:45–1:30pm | Guided Tasting & Education\nOur guest speaker leads an interactive tasting and discussion \n1:30–2:00pm | Cocktail & Mingling\nWrap up the afternoon with another cocktail and time to chat with fellow guests and our presenter \n🪑 Seating will be community-style\, with guests at shared tables or bar seats.
