Summer Soirée

For one night only, a team of executive chefs—all a part of the Tonidandel-Brown Restaurant Group—are banding together to put out a six-course dinner complete with drink pairings and all the bounty of an abundant local summer harvest. This Summer Soirée will start with a welcome social at 6 p.m. featuring cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres on the Supperland grounds, with dinner starting promptly at 6:45 p.m.

Join us as Executive Chefs Chris Rogienski (Supperland), Vince Giancarlo (Haberdish), Sam Sheehan (Ever Andalo), Executive Pastry Chef Savannah Foltz (Supperland), and their teams offer this one-time, seasonal menu in the grand main dining room of Supperland. Drink pairings will be curated by Head Mixologist Colleen Hughes and Wine Director Michael Klinger.

Unlike typical family-style service at Supperland, Haberdish and Ever Andalo, this six-course dinner will be individually plated. Due to the layout of the Supperland dining room, we will rely on community seating for guests.
